Madeleine Cup Cakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp orange extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Put eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Add the orange extract and continue mixing.
- Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Fold to mix completely
- Add butter and continue folding until batter consistency
- Put the batter into the cup cake mold pan
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
