Defrost drumsticks and pat dry
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients to make the rub: brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, 5 spice powder.
Season drumsticks with dry rub. Spray with oil and air fry for 9 minutes at 400 degrees F
In a pot, mix the glaze: apple cider vinegar, ketchup and honey. Bring to boil and completely mix to incorporate.
Turn over drumsticks and spray with oil. Air fry for another 9 minutes. Check for temperature >165 deg F
Dip fried drumsticks in the glaze to coat them. Then air fry for another 2 minutes.
