Hawaiian Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 2 9-inch pie crusts
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pkt bacon (16 oz) cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can pineapple chunks 20 oz quartered

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, half & half and pepper.
  • Sprinkle bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup pineapple into each pie crust.
  • Pour egg mixture over it (do not overfill). About 1 1/2 cups per crust
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese (2 x 1/4 cup) on top of egg mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is completely set.
  • Let cool before slicing and serving.
