Fried Fish Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb fish fillets chopped
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tsp roasted vegetable spice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard dressing
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl: onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, roast vegetable spice, Italian seasoning and black pepper
  • Put chopped fish into a mixing bowl and slowly add the dry mixture, mixing well each time.
  • Add honey mustard dressing, fish sauce, minced garlic and egg. Mix and then add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  • Put breadcrumbs in a bowl. Take a portion of the fish mixture and make into a patty. Coat the patty with the breadcrumbs and se aside. Repeat until all the fish mixture is used up.
  • With oil in a pan, fry the patties, a few at a time, for about 4 minutes per side until cooked and browned. Take the patties out.
  • Add more oil into the pan and fry the next group of patties until finished.
