Pineapple Butter Fish Fillets

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tilapia fillets
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • 1 celery julienne
  • 1 bell pepper julienne
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 can pineapple chucks (20 oz)
  • ΒΌ cup butter melted
  • 2 oz cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder for 1 hour
  • Make the sauce by mixing melted butter, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup pineapple syrup from can.
  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Spread vegetables in a baking dish and lay fish fillets over them. Pour remaining pineapple syrup over fish.
  • Pour sauce over fish and lay pineapple chunks in dish.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until fish internal temperature >165 degrees F
