Easy Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Readymade biscuit pie crust – Chocolate Nut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can peach slices

Instructions
 

  • Put cream cheese into a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave it on high for 30 seconds to soften it. Mix with a spatula until uniform consistency.
  • Add condensed milk and mix to incorporate with spatula. Then beat with hand mixer for about 3 minutes.
  • Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix to incorporate with spatula. Then beat with hand mixer for about 3 minutes until uniform consistency.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust and distribute evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Pour heavy whipping cream into mixing bowl and add sugar. Beat with hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until cream thickens into a toping consistency.
  • Spread toping evenly over the top of the pie. Place peach slices over the top.
