Stir fry with oil in pressure cooker lemongrass, chili, ginger, onion, minced garlic for 2-3 minutes
Add meat and stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add cinnamon, star anise, 5 spice, ketchup, fish sauce, sugar, salt, hoisin sauce, black pepper.
After a few minutes and well mixed, add chicken broth (1 cup).
Pressure cook for 20-25 minutes
Release pressure and add vegetables – carrots, celery, and the rest of the chicken broth (1/2 cup). Stir well making sure nothing is sticking at the bottom.
Pressure cook for another 20-25 minutes
