In a mixing bowl, mix the spices: coriander, cumin, turmeric, oregano, garlic powder, salt, sugar, black pepper.
Add the minced turkey and hand mix it until completely combined.
In a wok with hot oil, fry the onions, minced garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the carrots and bell peppers and fry for 3-5 minutes
Add the turkey and fry for 3-5 minutes, mixing to combine and break up the large pieces of meat.
Add ketchup, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Fry for 1 minute.
Add raisins and peas. Mix and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add ½ cup of water and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
