In a small pot, mix sauce with sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, salt, soy sauce, honey, Gochujang sauce. Stir well over low heat until well combined.
In a hot wok, fry drumsticks to sear them about 3 minutes per side. Put seared drumsticks aside and use wok for the next step.
Fry onions in wok for about 2 minutes. Ad sauce, mix and simmer for 1 minute.
Add the drumsticks, mix and cover them with the sauce. Add 2-3 cups of water to cover the drumsticks. Cover pot and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add carrots and potatoes. Cover and boil for another 10 minutes.
Switch to low heat and simmer for another 15 minutes
