Beef Tinaktak
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon
- 3 stk spring onions chopped
Instructions
- In a wok with oil, fry the beef until cooked, drain and set aside (5 minutes)
- In a wok with oil, fry onions, garlic, bell peppers, spring onions, beef bouillon, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper (2-3 minutes)
- Add snap peas fry and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Add beef and mix well.
- Add coconut milk, mix well, and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust as necessary.
