Pat dry chicken and rub with salt and pepper.
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes with yogurt, half & half, and oil.
In a pot parboil the sweet potato for 5-10 minutes.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
Lay the sweet potatoes on a baking dish and apply some vegetable oil over them.
Put the marinated chicken over the potatoes. Pour the remaining marinate over the chicken.
Apply 1 tbsp of humus on top of each piece of chicken.
Sprinkle paprika over the chicken and add lime juice over the dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees F for 30-60 minutes until the internal temperature of each chicken > 165 degrees F.
Take it out and let it cool before serving.
