After the meat has been partially defrosted, slice it thinly into strips.
In a blender, blend the marinate: ½ onion, garlic, tenderizer, celery, brown sugar, black pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, red pepper flakes, ground ginger.
Pour marinate on the beef and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Strain the marinated beef to separate the liquid from the solids.
In a pan at high heat, fry the other half onion (sliced) until translucent.
Add the beef and fry until cooked scooping out any excess liquids formed.
Garnish with some sesame seeds and spring onions (optional)
