Season burger patties with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
With oil in frying pan, fry the patties for about 4 minutes per side, turning every 2 minutes. Set aside.
Pour out any excess oil from the pan and use it to fry the onions and garlic.
Add seasoning: soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce.
Add the flour and mix well to form a roux.
Add the broth and stir well. Bring it to boil.
Add the patties and cover them with the gravy, basting them with the sauce as necessary.
Bring it to boil and cook for 5 to 8 minutes
