Thai Curry With Jicama
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs pieces
- 1 medium jicama
- 4 tbsp curry paste
- 2 small cans coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 serrano pepper
Instructions
- Boil 1 can coconut milk in wok.
- Add curry paste mix and fry until thickens.
- Add chicken mix and fry until almost cooked – chicken turns white.
- Add 1 can coconut milk, chicken broth, fish sauce and sweet soy sauce. Simmer for 6 minutes.
- Add jicama and simmer for 6-8 minutes
- Check for taste and remove from fire.
