Thai Curry With Jicama

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs pieces
  • 1 medium jicama
  • 4 tbsp curry paste
  • 2 small cans coconut milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 serrano pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil 1 can coconut milk in wok.
  • Add curry paste mix and fry until thickens.
  • Add chicken mix and fry until almost cooked – chicken turns white.
  • Add 1 can coconut milk, chicken broth, fish sauce and sweet soy sauce. Simmer for 6 minutes.
  • Add jicama and simmer for 6-8 minutes
  • Check for taste and remove from fire.
