Beat together 5 egg yolks and ¾ cup sugar in mixing bowl. Add 1/3 cup milk and vanilla and fold it in.
To make the cheesecake version: add the butter and cream cheese to it and mix thoroughly until combined.
In a second bowl beat egg whites with ¼ cup sugar until peaks are formed.
In a third bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add egg yolk mixture into flour mixture and mix.
Add egg white mixture and fold it in to the combined mixture.
Put batter into a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool almost to room temperature.
In a bowl combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, ¼ cup whipping cream.
Poke holes all over the cake with a fork. Pour syrup evenly over the cake. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Whip 1 ½ cup whipping cream with 4 tbsp sugar to make the frosting.
Scoop away any excess liquid on top of the cake.
Pour frosting on top of the cake. Then add the blueberries
