Beef Rendang

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sliced
- ½ onion chopped
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pkt Instant Rendang Seasoning
- 10 mini potatoes halved
- 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- In pressure cooker, fry onions and garlic for 2 minutes
- Add instant seasoning and fry for 3 minutes
- Add ½ cup water to deglaze the pan
- Add the meat and mix well
- Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
- Pressure cook for 20 minutes.
- In a separate pan, fry potatoes in oil for about 4 minutes.
- Release pressure and add potatoes and then pressure cook for another 15 minutes
- Release pressure and let it simmer open for about 10 minutes to reduce the sauce to desired consistency
