Beef Rendang

Equipment

  • Pressure Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef sliced
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pkt Instant Rendang Seasoning
  • 10 mini potatoes halved
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • In pressure cooker, fry onions and garlic for 2 minutes
  • Add instant seasoning and fry for 3 minutes
  • Add ½ cup water to deglaze the pan
  • Add the meat and mix well
  • Add coconut milk and bring it to boil.
  • Pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, fry potatoes in oil for about 4 minutes.
  • Release pressure and add potatoes and then pressure cook for another 15 minutes
  • Release pressure and let it simmer open for about 10 minutes to reduce the sauce to desired consistency
