Beef Tinaktak

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon
  • 3 stk spring onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a wok with oil, fry the beef until cooked, drain and set aside (5 minutes)
  • In a wok with oil, fry onions, garlic, bell peppers, spring onions, beef bouillon, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper (2-3 minutes)
  • Add snap peas fry and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  • Add beef and mix well.
  • Add coconut milk, mix well, and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust as necessary.
