Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and let marinade for 30 minutes.
Stir fry bacon with a little oil. Set aside. Stir fry chicken with 2 tbsp butter. Set aside.
Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan and add onions. Fry until brown. Add 1 tbsp butter and sauté mushroom with garlic. Add herbs and fry for about 1 minute. Add bacon. Add wine. Add half and half and mix. Simmer to reduce sauce until creamy. Add shredded cheese. Add cooked chicken and stir. Add pepper and salt. Add tamarind powder and chili powder. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
