In a bowl, make the sauce with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, wine, 1 tbsp sugar, hoisin sauce, white pepper, garlic powder. Mix well.
In a pan, fry the minced meat with a little oil until cooked. Drain the oil and set the meat aside.
In the pan with oil, fry onions until translucent. Add the meat and mix.
Add the sauce and sweet peas and mix thoroughly. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes then set aside.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, eggs, yogurt, 1 tsp sugar, salt, mayo, oil and half and half. Mix well.
Pre-heat oven to 360 degrees F
Pour half of the batter into a cake baking dish. Spread it uniformly over the entire surface of the dish.
Add the cooked minced meat into the baking dish on top of the batter.
Add the remaining half of the batter on top of the meat and spread it uniformly.
Bake in the oven at 360 degrees F for 35-40 minutes
