Slice each chicken breast ¾ of the way to enable the stuffing.
Marinate the chicken with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt – both sides inside and out
Stuff each chicken with pesto, bacon, and measure of shredded cheese. Fold the chicken and hold it in place with 2 toothpicks.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
Heat a large oven safe pan and add oil and 1 tbsp butter.
When pan is very hot, fry each piece of chicken for 4 minutes per side.
When all the chicken is fried, turn off the heat with the chicken in the pan (put it back in if you have fried in batches)
Put a piece of bacon on top of each chicken and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Distribute the cherry tomatoes in between the chicken in the pan. Add half and half to provide additional liquid in the pan.
Bake the chicken in the oven for about 30 minutes until the internal temperature is >165 deg F.
Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes. Remove the toothpicks! Serve
