Air Fryer Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 9 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tub yogurt 7 oz
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut slits across the defrosted drumsticks on both sides.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: ginger powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander, cumin. Add lemon juice and yogurt and mix well.
  • Marinate chicken thoroughly with the spice mix. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Pre-heat air fryer for 5 minutes @390 degrees F.
  • Put the chicken in a single layer in the air fryer and spray with oil. Air fry chicken @390 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  • Turn chicken over and spray with oil. Air fry @390 degrees F for another 10 minutes. Check for a chicken internal temperature of >165 degrees F
