Mix dry spices in a bowl: salt, black pepper, turmeric, chili powder, curry powder, ginger powder, paprika, thyme, cumin, garam masala.
In wok with oil, fry onions until color changes. Add garlic and continue frying.
Add cauliflower and ketchup and continue frying in medium heat.
Add the dry spice mixture and fry for 2 minutes
Add the sweet potatoes and mix. Add the milk and mix well. Cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the peas and ½ cup water. Let it simmer covered for further 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes become fork tender.
