Madeleine Cup Cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Add the orange extract and continue mixing.
  • Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Fold to mix completely
  • Add butter and continue folding until batter consistency
  • Put the batter into the cup cake mold pan
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
