In a wok with oil, fry the onions for 2 minutes and add the garlic. Fry for another minute.
Add the chicken and mix well. Add fish sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until chicken changes color (cooked)
Add white wine, let is simmer covered for 20 minutes over low heat
Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper. Mix and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add baked beans, ketchup, sugar, black pepper and 1/2 cup water (if desired). Mix and continue to simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are cooked.
