Hawaiian Quiche
Ingredients
- 2 9-inch pie crusts
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 pkt bacon (16 oz) cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can pineapple chunks 20 oz quartered
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, half & half and pepper.
- Sprinkle bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup pineapple into each pie crust.
- Pour egg mixture over it (do not overfill). About 1 1/2 cups per crust
- Sprinkle remaining cheese (2 x 1/4 cup) on top of egg mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until center is completely set.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
