In a bowl mix garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp black pepper. Marinate sliced chicken with this spice mix for 15-30 minutes.
In a wok with oil over medium high heat, fry chicken for about 5 minutes until completely cooked. Fry in batches if necessary.
Remove cooked chicken from wok and add butter into it.
Fry the minced garlic for about 30 seconds and then add the mushrooms. Fry for about 2-3 minutes.
Add white wine to deglaze the pan. Then add can of cream of mushroom and the half and half. Mix well and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Check for taste and add as necessary, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp black pepper and soy sauce.
Add cooked chicken into the wok and mix well. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Sprinkle dried parsley over the dish.
