Fry onions in wok with butter and 2 tbsp oil for about 4 minutes. Add Italian seasoning,
Mix 1 cup broth with beef and chicken stock cubes and hot water
Add beef to the wok with the onions. Use a potato masher to mash the beef.
Add flour and mix well
Pour broth into the wok and mix until uniform consistency. Remove from heat and let beef cool.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
Line a pie tray with 1 pie pastry. Add the cooled beef into the tray and cover it with the second pie pastry.
Cut slots on top of the curst for ventilation. Brush top of pie with egg wash.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes
