Pat dry brisket and marinade with liquid smoke, soy sauce, steak seasoning on all sides of the meat.
Add a trivet into the pressure cooker to hold the brisket up so that it does not get immersed in the liquids. Add red wine and 1 cup water into the pressure cooker.
Place the brisket on top of the trivet. Over medium-high heat, bring the liquid to boil.
Close the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 1 hour.
Bleed the pressure off and remove the brisket.
Wait for about 15 minutes before cutting and serving, using the liquid in the pressure cooker as the au juice.
