Mix dry spice with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and thyme. Marinate the pork chops for 15-30 minutes.
In a wok with hot oil, fry the chops over medium-high heat until browned – 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Over medium heat, add butter into the wok. Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Add honey, broth and vinegar. Cook for about 3 minutes until sauce thickens and is well incorporated.
Add pork chops back into the wok and baste them thoroughly with the sauce. Sprinkle parsley over the chops.
Cook covered for 15 minutes. Turn off heat.
