Pan Fried Lamb Chops
Ingredients
- 4 large lamb chops
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 tsp dry parsley
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Marinate chops with vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, Italian seasoning, parsley, lemon juice and sesame oil. Refrigerate overnight if possible.
- Bring marinated chops to room temperature.
- Add oil and butter into a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- When skillet is hot, fry lamb chops for 5 minutes per side. Check for internal temperature >145 degrees F. Fry for additional 1-2 minutes if necessary.
