Pan Fried Lamb Chops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large lamb chops
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 tsp dry parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chops with vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, Italian seasoning, parsley, lemon juice and sesame oil. Refrigerate overnight if possible.
  • Bring marinated chops to room temperature.
  • Add oil and butter into a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • When skillet is hot, fry lamb chops for 5 minutes per side. Check for internal temperature >145 degrees F. Fry for additional 1-2 minutes if necessary.
