Peach Cream Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanila
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can sliced peaches (15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 oz raisins

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, soften cream cheese and butter. Mix well until uniform consistency.
  • Add sugar, vanila and beaten eggs, mixing well each time.
  • In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture into the other bowl. Mixing well at each stage.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Drain out the can of peach slices and cut them into thirds. Add to the mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the syrup from the can as well. Mix well until smooth.
  • Spray oil around the inside of the loaf pan and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle raisin over the top.
  • Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
  • Remove and let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
