In a mixing bowl, soften cream cheese and butter. Mix well until uniform consistency.
Add sugar, vanila and beaten eggs, mixing well each time.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture into the other bowl. Mixing well at each stage.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Drain out the can of peach slices and cut them into thirds. Add to the mixing bowl. Add 1/4 cup of the syrup from the can as well. Mix well until smooth.
Spray oil around the inside of the loaf pan and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle raisin over the top.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour
Remove and let it cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
