Marinate beef for 30 minutes with 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp black pepper, lemon juice, baking soda.
Marinate potatoes with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil
In wok with oil, fry potatoes for about 5-7 minutes until they turn brown. Set aside.
Add 2 tbsp of butter to the wok and fry the beef for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp butter, minced garlic, 1 tsp black pepper and continue frying. Then add potatoes and mix well.
Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, wine and lemon pepper seasoning. Fry for another 3 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley on the beef and turn off the heat.
