Mix the dry tika rub in a bowl: ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander, cumin, lemon pepper seasoning.
Pat dry defrosted drumsticks and cut 3 slits on each piece.
Apply the dry rub thoroughly on each drumstick. Marinade for 2 hours or more.
Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees F
Please drumsticks in air fryer and spray them with oil. Air fry for 9 minutes at 400 degrees F.
Turn drumsticks over and spray with oil. Air fry for another 9 minutes at 400 degrees F. Check for internal temperature of >165 degrees F.
Repeat with more bathes of drumsticks until completed.
