Air Fried Chicken Tika Drumsticks

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Chicken drumsticks 3 slits cut
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 4 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Mix the dry tika rub in a bowl: ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, turmeric, salt, garam masala, coriander, cumin, lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Pat dry defrosted drumsticks and cut 3 slits on each piece.
  • Apply the dry rub thoroughly on each drumstick. Marinade for 2 hours or more.
  • Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees F
  • Please drumsticks in air fryer and spray them with oil. Air fry for 9 minutes at 400 degrees F.
  • Turn drumsticks over and spray with oil. Air fry for another 9 minutes at 400 degrees F. Check for internal temperature of >165 degrees F.
  • Repeat with more bathes of drumsticks until completed.
