Marinate the beef with baking soda, 1 tsp corn starch, light soy sauce, sesame oil for at least 30 minutes
Blanch broccoli florets in boiling/simmering water for 2 minutes. Drain away the hot water and put the florets into a bowl of ice-cold water to stop the cooking.
In a small pot, make the sauce with oyster sauce, wine, chicken bouillon, 1 tsp corn starch, 1/3 cup water
In a hot wok with oil, fry the garlic. Add the beef and let is fry for 3-5 minutes.
Drain the broccoli and add to the wok. Mix well.
Add the sauce, mix and bring to boil. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
