Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder for 1 hour
Make the sauce by mixing melted butter, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup pineapple syrup from can.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
Spread vegetables in a baking dish and lay fish fillets over them. Pour remaining pineapple syrup over fish.
Pour sauce over fish and lay pineapple chunks in dish.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 40 minutes until fish internal temperature >165 degrees F
