Apply dry rub and marinate drumsticks with salt, garlic powder, onion powder and baking soda for 30 minutes (not much longer)
Pre-heat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes
Add 1 layer of drumsticks and air fry at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
In a measuring cup, add Tabasco sauce. Add ketchup to it to fill up to 1/2 cup.
In a small pot, melt butter and add sauce. Add lemon pepper seasoning. Stir to mix thoroughly.
Turn over the drumsticks and air fry for another 10 minutes.
Check that internal temperature of all the drumsticks are >165 degreed F. If not, air fry for another 5 minutes.
Repeat for additional batches of drumsticks
