Put cream cheese into a microwave safe mixing bowl. Microwave it on high for 30 seconds to soften it. Mix with a spatula until uniform consistency.
Add condensed milk and mix to incorporate with spatula. Then beat with hand mixer for about 3 minutes.
Add vanilla and lemon juice and mix to incorporate with spatula. Then beat with hand mixer for about 3 minutes until uniform consistency.
Pour mixture into pie crust and distribute evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Pour heavy whipping cream into mixing bowl and add sugar. Beat with hand mixer for 3-5 minutes until cream thickens into a toping consistency.
Spread toping evenly over the top of the pie. Place peach slices over the top.
