In a bowl mix the spices: coriander powder, cumin, turmeric, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, sugar, black pepper
Add butter to the wok and fry the beef for about 5 minutes until cooked.
Scoop out the liquid from the wok and save for later. Add the spices and mix well to incorporate into the beef. Set aside the beef.
With oil in the wok, fry the onions and minced garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add the beef back into the wok and mix well. Add ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce. Fry for 1 minute.
Add raisins, corn and cauliflower. Fry and mix well for 1 minute.
Mix the save liquids with water to make 1 cup and add to the wok. Bring it to boil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
