Jackfruit Cream Cheese Loaf Cake
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup canned jackfruit or other fruit chopped
Instructions
- Mix melted cream cheese in mixing bowl. Add sugar and mix completely.
- Add melted butter and mix well. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix completely.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Add the mixed dry ingredients into the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Add fruit and milk completely
- Spray oil inside the baking tray
- Add the mixture into the baking tray and bake in the pre-heated oven for 1 hour
