Baked Cream of Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 7 chicken thighs
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms cut up
  • 12 oz can evaporated milk.
  • 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in wok and fry the chicken thighs for about 4 minutes per side. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
  • In a wok with oil, fry the minced garlic for 30 seconds and add the mushrooms. fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the evaporated milk and mix.
  • Add the cream of mushroom soup and mix.
  • Add the shredded cheese and mix until consistency of the sauce is uniform and is boiling.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish
  • Bake the chicken in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 deg F or higher.
