Melt butter in wok and fry the chicken thighs for about 4 minutes per side. Place chicken in a baking dish.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F
In a wok with oil, fry the minced garlic for 30 seconds and add the mushrooms. fry for 1 minute.
Add the evaporated milk and mix.
Add the cream of mushroom soup and mix.
Add the shredded cheese and mix until consistency of the sauce is uniform and is boiling.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish
Bake the chicken in the pre-heated oven for 30-45 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 deg F or higher.
