In a mixing bowl, mix egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, breadcrumbs.
Add minced beef and mix thoroughly.
Shape into oval steak patties.
In a pan with oil, fry the patties about 2-3 minutes preside until browned. Set aside.
In the same pan with oil, fry onions for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes.
Add beef base and 2 cups of water and bring to boil.
Put steaks into the pan and cover them with the sauce.
Let steaks simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes covered.
Add corn starch slurry to thicken the gravy and remove from heat.
