Turkey Cauliflower Keema
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ medium cauliflower chopped
- 1 in ginger minced
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- ½ onion chopped
- 2 red chilis chopped
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Instructions
- In wok with oil, fry onion and chilis for a few minutes. Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric. Let it simmer over medium low heat, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Add turkey and mix well. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric, chili powder, curry powder, sweet soy sauce. Stir fry until meat if fully cooked. Add cilantro and mix well.
