In wok with oil, fry onion and chilis for a few minutes. Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower,1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric. Let it simmer over medium low heat, covered, for 5 minutes.
Add turkey and mix well. Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric, chili powder, curry powder, sweet soy sauce. Stir fry until meat if fully cooked. Add cilantro and mix well.
