Air Fry Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Trim the fat off the chicken thighs and pad them dry with paper towel.
- Mix all dry seasoning in a bowl.
- Coat chicken with oil and then seasoning mix and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Air fry chicken at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Check internal temperature of chicken. If >165 degrees F, they are cooked. Otherwise, air fry at 5 minutes interval and continue to check temperature.
