Ginger Soy Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken slices
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1 med ginger thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 cut onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn starch – slurry
Instructions
- In wok with sesame oil, stir fry ginger until it starts to turn brown. Add onion and garlic and continue frying.
- Add chicken mixing well and frying until chicken turns white (cooked).
- Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Continue frying for about 5 minutes.
- Add celery and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add wine and simmer for another minute.
- Mix corn starch with water and add to wok. Stir until sauce thickens. Add water as necessary to adjust consistency of gravy.
