Ginger Soy Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken slices
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1 med ginger thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cut onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup wine
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp corn starch – slurry

Instructions
 

  • In wok with sesame oil, stir fry ginger until it starts to turn brown. Add onion and garlic and continue frying.
  • Add chicken mixing well and frying until chicken turns white (cooked).
  • Add soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Continue frying for about 5 minutes.
  • Add celery and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add wine and simmer for another minute.
  • Mix corn starch with water and add to wok. Stir until sauce thickens. Add water as necessary to adjust consistency of gravy.
