Mushroom Pineapple Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken cubes
- ½ cup pineapple crushed
- 1 pack mushrooms
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ grated ginger
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sweeten black vinegar
Instructions
- Season chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sesame oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- In wok with oil, fry garlic, ginger, onions until color changes (3 minutes)
- Add chicken and continue frying for 3 minutes.
- Add oyster sauce, wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar. Continue frying for about 3 minutes.
- Add the mushrooms and pineapple and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix corn starch with water and add to wok. Stir until sauce thickens.
