Mushroom Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken cubes
  • ½ cup pineapple crushed
  • 1 pack mushrooms
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp sweeten black vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sesame oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  • In wok with oil, fry garlic, ginger, onions until color changes (3 minutes)
  • Add chicken and continue frying for 3 minutes.
  • Add oyster sauce, wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar. Continue frying for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the mushrooms and pineapple and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Mix corn starch with water and add to wok. Stir until sauce thickens.
