Season chicken cubes with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, sesame oil. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
In wok with oil, fry garlic, ginger, onions until color changes (3 minutes)
Add chicken and continue frying for 3 minutes.
Add oyster sauce, wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar. Continue frying for about 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and pineapple and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix corn starch with water and add to wok. Stir until sauce thickens.
