Baked Lemon Butter Fish Fillet
Ingredients
- 8 tilapia fillets
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- ¼ cup half and half
- 1 tbsp Herbs de Provence
- 2 tbsp vegetable floss
Instructions
- Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Make the sauce by mixing minced garlic, honey mustard, butter, lemon juice, cheese, flour, fish sauce and half and half.
- Lay fillets on baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Sprinkle vegetable floss over fish (optional)
- Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
