Pat dry defrosted fish fillet and marinate with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
Make the sauce by mixing minced garlic, honey mustard, butter, lemon juice, cheese, flour, fish sauce and half and half.
Lay fillets on baking dish and pour sauce over them.
Sprinkle vegetable floss over fish (optional)
Bake in pre-heated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
