Can Chicken Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 10 oz can of chicken drained
- 1 10 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ΒΌ cup butter cut to pieces
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pack turkey bacon
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a pan with oil, fry the onions and bacon with black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- In a 9x13in baking dish, layer the cooked rice, then add can chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, butter pieces, onion/bacon, peas and shredded cheese. Mix ingredients uniformly.
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes, stirring mid-point during the baking.
- Take out from oven and let it cool before serving
